Zest, the comprehensive energy check-up, gives you a profound assessment of where you stand in terms of vitality, regeneration and inner balance. How much stress is your body under - and what is throwing it off balance? And above all, where is it worth taking a closer look and making specific changes?

Zest combines modern medical technology and laboratory analysis with everyday lifestyle analysis - scientifically based and individually tailored. You get real guidance, concrete levers for change and the opportunity to take back control of your energy.

THE CONCEPT.

I have been working on this concept for over a year with five partners specialising in various areas of medicine. The result is a personalised, holistic screening tool that shows you how your body and mind are doing, what risks you face, and which measures will specifically promote your energy and well-being.

In addition to comprehensive questionnaires, the check consists of the following six modules, which can be individually combined as required.

  1. LABSCAN 360

    LABscan 360 is your comprehensive check-up that uses over 50 well-researched and sensibly combined laboratory parameters to safely and reliably check many of your metabolic processes and risk factors. LABscan 360 is not offered as a preventive health measure by statutory health insurance providers, as it goes far beyond their service obligations.

  2. OMEGA-3-SCAN

    Fatty acids are essential building blocks of your body's cells and play a central role in energy, mental clarity and inflammation regulation. The HS-Omega-3 and HS-Trans Index show how well your cells are supplied with valuable omega-3 fatty acids – and whether you are in the optimal range. A balanced index strengthens the heart and circulation, promotes mental performance and supports an active, vital attitude towards life.

  3. CORTISOLSCAN

    Stress is a risk factor for many multifactorial diseases. The CORTISOLscan shows whether chronic stress is affecting your adrenal glands or whether you are on the road to burnout. The results enable targeted measures to be taken, such as sleep and nutrition therapy or medical support.

  4. ENTEROSCAN

    The ENTEROscan provides deep insights into your digestive health – including possible inflammation, the strength of your gut immune response, the performance of your pancreas, and the state of your gut microbiome. It can also detect signs of increased intestinal permeability. With this knowledge, you can take informed, targeted action to support your gut and overall well-being.

  5. VITALSCAN 48

    VITALscan 48 is a sensor-based long-term measurement taken directly at your heart, combined with an assessment of your subjective health perception. Over a period of two days, your actual sleep recovery, stress level and daily activity are determined. You also receive an assessment of your risk of diabetes, cardiovascular disease and stroke.

  6. RAYOSCAN

    RAYOscan Human® energetically assesses 21 physiological areas of your body. An ECG is used to measure qualitative changes in your heartbeat and evaluate them energetically. This tells you which energetic disturbances are most pronounced in your case and which specific measures can be taken to harmonise them.

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

  • Once we have defined the modules of your energy check, you will receive a box containing everything you need to complete the test, conveniently delivered to your home.

  • For the LABscan 360 and the OMEGA-3 Scan, you need to visit your GP to have a blood sample taken. For the CORTISOLscan and ENTEROscan, you collect your own saliva and stool samples at home. For the VITALscan 48, you complete a health questionnaire and wear an ECG monitor for 48 hours. The optional RAYOscan can only be carried out in Gummersbach.

  • Once the laboratories have analysed your samples, all your data will be evaluated in detail.

  • Following the assessment, Christine Erlhöfer (certified health practicioner) will provide you with comprehensive and detailed verbal feedback on your test results.

    You will also receive a report on the results and some initial recommendations on how to improve your energy levels and overall well-being.
